Overview

Drops current VS activities that are enforced on an NPC (i.e. play motion, goto) in favor of the universal behavior.

This is a better solution than sending countless  "deactivate" signals that are difficult to keep track of, or by playing a takeover motion (which in turn may hinder universal reactions while this takeover motion is being played).
