cover task params

Overview

Changes some default params for the NPC behavior in covers.

If the NPC:

- isn't in danger.
- and is not shooting a target.
- and is not facing a threat.
- and has a mental state level lower than Uber Alert.

Then the NPC peeks out of a cover for 3-5 seconds by Lookout Cooldown Min/Max. After this, the NPC waits in cover again. "Lookout Min/Max" is ignored and the cooldown restarts when the NPC peeks out of the cover again.

2. If the NPC:

- is in danger.
- or is in alert.
- or is shooting a target.

Then:

- If the NPC hasn't fired a shot in the last two seconds, then he will not peek from the cover for more than two seconds.
- If the current cover position is not suitable for attacking the enemy, the NPC won't peek.
- If "Skip Group No Fire Time" is disabled for the NPC, then the NPC checks everyone in its group, and if someone has already shot, the NPC will not peek or shoot.

Properties

Enemy Timeout	Not used.
Lookout Min	Min/max time to wait after shooting from a cover.
Lookout Max	Min/max time to wait after shooting from a cover.
Aim While Lookout Timeout	If in alert and there is no target to attack but there is a threat that isn't older than the 'Aim While Lookout Timeout', the NPC can peek from the cover and aim/attack, disregarding the Lookout timeout.
Lookout Cooldown Min	The minimum cooldown time for peeking from the cover. Starts the cooldown timer after entering the cover, after the previous lookout, or attack from the cover.
Lookout Cooldown Max	The maximum cooldown time for peeking from the cover. Starts the cooldown timer after entering the cover, after the previous lookout or attack from the cover.
