active item (player)


Overview

This trigger allows you to track the change of the active player's weapon of a specified type.

Inputs

activateEnables the trigger.
deactivateDisables the trigger.
checkOn the pin activation, this checks, if the player's active item has the same type as defined in the Weapon Type field.


Outputs

YesInvokes when the active weapon changes to a weapon of the defined type in the Weapon Type field. This also invokes on Check pin activation AND when the current active weapon has the defined type in the Weapon Type.
NoInvokes on every active weapon change AND a new weapon type that is not defined in the Weapon Type field. Also invokes on Check pin activation AND when the current active weapon has a different type to those defined in Weapon Type.

Active?If enabled, the initial state of the trigger is enabled.
Weapon TypeDefines the weapon type to check for.


Usage examples

In this example, we check that the player has the Kalash weapon. If true, we give some ammunition for Kalash to the player. Otherwise, we give them metal.
