Rebuild SO

Generates sound occlusion.

Shift All

Shifts the whole level to given coordinates. This only moves layers that you have blocked.

Shifts selected objects to given coordinates. This only moves layers that you have blocked.

Decals 

Refresh All

Refreshes all decals on the level (on the layers blocked too).

Refresh Empty

Refreshes all empty decals (for example, those under which the geometry has changed and they became invalid).
