Entity List

Entity List

Overview

This window includes a list of all game objects that can be placed at a scene. By selecting an entity from the list, you switch the Scene Tool to add mode which allows you to place an object at the scene.

The Entity List also allows you to hide objects by type which can be incredibly helpful when working on large levels. You can do this by clicking an eye icon next to the object type that you don't want to see in the scene. For example, you can hide restrictors or foliage restrictors, if they obstruct your view when working with geometry or some other aspect of the scene.

The Entity List also allows you to freeze or unfreeze objects by type. You can do this by pressing the snowflake icon next to the object type. Frozen objects can't be selected in the scene. This can be helpful, if you want to see some objects but don't want to accidentally select them.
